This is an action by plaintiffs Stacy Wolf, Doris E. Wolf, and Leroy A. Wolf against defendants the Procter & Gamble Company and the Procter & Gamble Distributing Company, (hereinafter "Procter & Gamble"). Plaintiffs allege that in March, 1980, Stacy Wolf contracted Toxic Shock Syndrome (hereinafter "TSS") as a result of using Rely tampons, a product manufactured and distributed by defendants.
