On February 27, 1981, appellant was arrested upon the filing of two petitions for the revocation of his suspended sentences. On March 11, 1981, while still incarcerated, the appellant filed a petition for a mental examination at the local mental health center. On March 31, 1981, the court determined and ordered that appellant be transferred from the county jail to this facility, which found him incapable to stand trial and recommended that he be committed...
