This is an action by the Secretary of Labor (hereinafter "secretary"), against the defendants, Gingerbread House, Inc., and its president, James Stone and program director, Patricia Stone, to enjoin the defendants from violating certain provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.) and to recover unpaid overtime compensation owed to the defendants' employees...
