This is an appeal from denials to set aside default judgments entered in the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Missoula.

Appellants, Gregg and Holly Schmidt, were sued by each of the three respondents for monetary debts allegedly owed. The Schmidts were sued with Manzanita Corporation, as defendants in each suit, with a "d/b/a" signification in Cause Nos. 81-331 and 81-338, and sued...
