OPINION

TEAGUE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of burglary of a habitation. Appellant's guilt was determined by a jury, which also assessed his punishment at imprisonment for 23 years.

Appellant complains in two related grounds of error that the prosecutor was permitted to inform the jury panel, during voir dire proceedings, of the substance of the enhancement paragraph contained in the indictment.1<...
