McCOWN, Justice.

This is an action to recover compensation allegedly due under an employment contract. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $29,346.78. The trial court ordered a remittitur of $6,581.18, and entered judgment in favor of the plaintiff for $22,765.60, plus an attorney fee of $7,550. The defendant has appealed.
