MILLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from an order overruling a plea of privilege asserted by two defendants to a suit brought in Washington County, Texas. The third defendant, Brookshire Brothers, filed no such plea. Plaintiff, Mary Meschwitz, was injured when the top of a Dr. Pepper bottle flew off while she was unscrewing it, and hit her in the eye.
