Gregory Lee McGehee (plaintiff) brought action against Louise Shaw Harris (defendant) for injuries he sustained as the result of a collision between his motorcycle and her automobile. The case was tried before a jury in the Circuit Court for Jefferson County. The trial court granted defendant's motion for a directed verdict against plaintiff's count alleging wantonness, but allowed the case to go to the jury...
