Hanover Insurance Company (intervenor) intervened in this dissolution of marriage action as a judgment creditor of the husband, alleging in its Intervening Petition:

[A]n interest in seeing that E. Eugene Poteat [husband] is awarded his fair share of the marital property, and in seeing that all of the marital property is not awarded to Helen Poteat [wife], because this would result in defeating its rights to collect its judgment of record against...
