Pace were jointly indicted in the Circuit Court of Leflore County, Honorable Webb Franklin presiding, for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) with intent to deliver same. Pace entered a plea of guilty to the charge and was sentenced to serve a term of four (4) years with the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
