Earl Kramer, defendant-appellant, appeals the trial court's decision which granted Larry and Margaret Ragers', plaintiff-appellees, complaint and denied his counterclaim. Ragers sought injunctive relief to prevent Kramer from blocking their sewer drainage pipe adjacent to his land. In turn, Kramer sought to enjoin the Ragers from draining sewer water and surface water onto his land and he sought damages...
