This action is before this Court upon the petition of Jessie Black for an appeal from the final order of the Circuit Court of Pendleton County, West Virginia. Pursuant to that order dated March 10, 1981, the circuit court held that the appellant owned a life estate, rather than fee simple title, in certain items of real and personal property.
