Hurl Cotner Scott executed a will in statutory form on April 5, 1977. In the will, she left seven particular bequests of property to seven legatees, and the remainder of her estate to Victor Scott and Willard Scott "share and share alike."1 The testatrix died on November 26, 1977, leaving no descendants or siblings.
