Margaret Nye brought an action in the District Court of the Fifth Judicial District, Jefferson County, Montana, seeking judicial review of the termination of her employment and damages for slander and wrongful discharge. The District Court denied the petition for judicial review and dismissed the action on its merits. Nye appealed.
