Andrew Nowak and Lorraine Nowak, his wife, have appealed from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County upholding the grant by the Zoning Hearing Board of Bridgeville Borough of a variance to their neighbor, Dawson C. Wright, permitting him to construct a garage, one wall of which would be located about eighteen inches from their rear property line.
