This is an appeal from a take nothing judgment in a suit for specific performance of a contract to sell real estate and in the alternative for damages because of wrongful conversion of real estate. Paul McDaniel and Triad Supply Co., plaintiffs-appellants, sued Cecil Carruth, defendant-appellee, in a three count petition. Trial was to the court without a jury.
