Appellant, Lorenzo Marshall, and a co-defendant, Joseph Theodore Jenkins1 were charged in a four count information with: (I) kidnapping; (II) armed robbery; (III) sexual battery with the use of a firearm; and (IV) possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. At trial, the jury returned a verdict finding Jenkins guilty on all counts and appellant Marshall, not guilty...
