The People move for an in limine ruling by the court permitting the introduction of certain evidence in the form of voice identification by spectrographic analysis. Defendant Patrick Carrabis (Carrabis) whose voice is the subject of this spectrographic analysis, objects to the introduction of such evidence on the ground that said procedure has not reached the standard of scientific acceptance and reliability to warrant its admission...
