This is a jury suit for property damage (resulting from termite infestation) to the home of plaintiff-appellee, Otis Higdon, located in Krotz Springs, Louisiana. The defendant-appellant, Orkin Exterminating Company, Inc. (Orkin), appeals from the jury verdict awarding plaintiff judgment in the amount of Seventy Thousand and no/100 ($70,000.00) Dollars, plus interest, costs, and expert fees.
