Relators, FMC Corporation and its compensation insurer, challenge a decision of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals awarding FMC's employee Tor Solberg concurrent temporary total disability and retraining benefits pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 176.101, subd. 7 (1978).
