Plaintiff-appellant seeks recovery for the wrongful death of her husband, John Martin, who was electrocuted while painting the building of defendant-respondent Fulton Iron Works Company. Fulton Iron Works brought a third party indemnity action against Martin's employer, Hartmann-Walsh Painting Co.
