OPINION ON STATE'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

ODOM, Judge.

Respondent was convicted for attempted murder and the jury assessed punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at imprisonment for life. On appeal the Court of Appeals for the 11th Supreme Judicial District held that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction for attempted murder. Windham v. State, Tex.App.,
