Defendant Charles Cullor stands convicted by a jury of the first degree murders of his estranged wife and two other persons. §§ 707.1, .2, The Code 1979. In this appeal from those convictions, he asserts that a warrantless search and subsequent seizure of his automobile violated the federal and state constitutions.
