Johnny Kibler appeals his conviction for endeavoring to intimidate a witness in a judicial proceeding in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1503 and 2. Kibler's primary assignment of error challenges the district court's ruling and charge to the jury that venue lies in the district where the judicial proceeding is pending, even though the accused did not threaten the witness there...
