This is a suit by the Plaintiff, Darnelle Mize ("Mize") against the Defendant, The Harford Mutual Insurance Company ("Company" or "Insurance Company") arising out of a policy of homeowner's insurance issued by the Defendant covering a house owned by Mize which was damaged by fire on August 30, 1981.
