Petitioner contends that he is restrained of his liberty by virtue of a prison sentence imposed on him in the Circuit Court for Chippewa County, Wisconsin, and that such restraint is in violation of the United States Constitution. 28 U.S.C. § 2254. He contends that the state trial court erred in sentencing him as a third offender, when one of his two prior convictions was obtained...
