This is an appeal from a default judgment which set aside a conveyance of property.

The Thompsons were married in 1961. The marriage was dissolved on October 3, 1980. On July 12, 1978, during his marriage to the plaintiff, defendant Thompson conveyed property at 1218-20 Alabo Street in New Orleans to his sister, Pearl Thompson Banks. The property was community property. The plaintiff later discovered that the property had been sold to defendant...
