This matter is before us on the appeal of Gary D. Vradenburg ("Vradenburg") from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County affirming an order of appellee, Ohio Real Estate Commission, which found Vradenburg had violated R.C. 4735.18(F), and imposed a ten-day suspension of Vradenburg's realtor license.
