OPINION

DIAMOND, District Judge.

The defendants entered pleas of guilty to criminal contempt in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 401(3) (1966), and each was sentenced to the custody of the United States Attorney General for a term of imprisonment of six months and to pay a fine of $1,000. Execution of the terms of imprisonment was suspended and the defendants were placed on probation for a period of three years...
