This is an appeal from a judgment rendered by the trial court in favor of plaintiff, Carolyn Rhea Storey, and against defendants, Lambert's Limbs & Braces, Inc. and Lloyd C. Jones, in solido. Plaintiff filed suit against the defendants seeking restitution of the purchase price, damages and attorney's fees for a defective foot brace.
