MEMORANDUM OPINION

RALPH M. FREEMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff filed this civil action in Wayne County Circuit Court seeking to recover damages from his former employer, Great Lakes Distributing Co., and his union, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 1038, allegedly suffered as the result of his discharge from employment on August 16, 1979. He claims that the defendant employer discharged him because he is handicapped, in violation of M.C.L.A....
