This is an appeal from a conviction for attempted murder (second offender). Appellant was tried by a jury in the 228th District Court of Harris County, Texas, Hon. Clarence Stevenson, Visiting Judge. The jury found appellant guilty, found the enhancement paragraph of the indictment to be true, and assessed his punishment at confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections...
