SUGG, Presiding Justice, for the Court:

Appellant was sentenced by the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County to serve a term of 12 years in the Mississippi Department of Corrections for the crime of burglary. Appellant has filed six assignments of error. We have carefully considered all six but conclude that only one presents a question of law not previously decided by this Court. Discussion of the other five would not benefit the bench and bar but would unduly lengthen...
