The defendant, John A. Krankel, was charged by information with the offenses of burglary and theft. Following a jury trial, Krankel was convicted of both offenses and subsequently sentenced to concurrent terms of five years imprisonment. Krankel's sole issue on appeal is that the trial court erred in permitting Krankel's former wife to testify to communications between her and Krankel...
