This is an action by the plaintiff O'Toole, filed on September 21, 1978, against the defendants Yunghans to quiet plaintiff's claimed title to an undivided one-half interest in a 560-acre tract of land and to his claimed 100 percent interest in a 120-acre tract of land, both located in Pawnee County, Nebraska, against the claims of the defendants which are founded upon a treasurer's deed.
