PONDER, Judge.

James Barber, plaintiff in one suit and defendant in a consolidated case, appealed the trial court's judgment ordering him to pay damages and attorney's fees and refusing him recovery for the breach of a purchase agreement on a house.

The issues on appeal are the breach of the purchase agreement and damages.

We reverse and render.
