Harry E. Halverson and Daisy I. Halverson (the Halversons) brought an action in 1976 to quiet title to two parcels of real property located in the Village of Deerwood (Deerwood). Parcel A, upon which three of the Halversons' resort cabins are located, is held in title by Deerwood; and Parcel B,1 upon which the Halversons' home is located, is a dedicated but unimproved street.
