PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a conviction for aggravated assault under Penal Code Section 22.02(a)(2). The indictment alleges that the offense occurred on or about November 27, 1980. Appellant is represented on appeal by his retained counsel Mr. Hector Azios of Harris County. Punishment was set by a jury at 7 years with a $3000 fine.
