We are asked to determine whether a signed statement procured by private security guards, one of whom was an off-duty deputy sheriff, may be admitted into evidence against a defendant even though no Miranda1 warnings were given. We hold that no such warnings were necessary in this case and affirm the decision of the Kent Circuit Court.
