Following a jury trial, appellants were found guilty of two counts of possession of dangerous drugs (phenmetrazine and phencyclidine), D.C.Code 1973, § 33-702(a)(4), and two counts of possession of narcotics (heroin and marijuana), D.C.Code 1973, § 33-402. Each appellant contends that his conviction should be reversed on several grounds. We reverse appellant Hack's conviction for possession of phenmetrazine and heroin, and we affirm...
