Doyne Jackson Boothe appeals his judgment of conviction for the offense of lewd conduct with a minor child in violation of I.C. § 18-6607. He assigns as error: (1) admission of testimony concerning lewd acts and sexual misconduct with the victim and her older sister, other than that with which he was charged; (2) insufficiency of corroboration of the victim's testimony; (3) submission of the question of sufficiency of corroborative evidence...
