Harvey F. Euge appeals various orders of the district court enforcing an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) summons for handwriting exemplars (order of July 30, 1981), finding him in civil contempt for refusing to provide the handwriting samples (order of November 24, 1981), and committing him to the custody of the United States Attorney General (order of November 30, 1981).
