Ricky James McBee and Michael Eugene McBee were convicted in a joint jury trial. Ricky McBee was found guilty of rape upon Angela Bolin and sentenced to imprisonment for twenty years. He was also convicted of assault and battery upon William Mitchell with punishment being fixed at eleven months and twenty-nine days to be served at the expiration of the rape...
