The employer/carrier (E/C) appeal a workers' compensation order which admitted into evidence, over objection, unauthenticated medical reports and hospital records and which awarded a change of physician, wage-loss benefits, and vocational rehabilitation. We reverse the admission into evidence, over objection, of the unauthenticated medical reports and hospital records, and the award of wage-loss benefits and rehabilitation.
