This is an appeal from a judgment forfeiting the buyer's interest in a real estate contract and restoring the sellers to possession of the property.

Plaintiffs (sellers) entered into a Uniform Real Estate Contract with defendant (buyer) for the sale and purchase of a shopping center in Davis County, Utah.
