CANTU, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. After finding appellant guilty, the jury assessed his punishment at 99 years' confinement.

In seven grounds of error, appellant attacks the prosecutor's asking of a question allegedly implying commission of extraneous misconduct by appellant, and further alleges that his written statement was improperly admitted into evidence, that an arresting officer's report was erroneously...
