This is an action for personal injuries received by plaintiff, a minor, as a result of being bitten by defendants' dog. Plaintiff appeals from a summary judgment for defendants, contending that there was a material issue of fact in the case. Plaintiff bases this contention on the following statement appearing in the pretrial deposition of plaintiff's father (and guardian ad litem), Frank Harrington.
