The appellant was indicted along with three co-defendants for the armed robbery of a convenience store. One co-defendant's case was severed. Another entered a plea of guilty. The appellant and the remaining co-defendant were tried jointly. The co-defendant was acquitted. The appellant was found guilty and received a sentence of fifteen years in the state penitentiary...
