This is a workmen's compensation case involving a claim of total and permanent disability from an acute brain syndrome followed by a conversion reaction.

Recovery was denied by both lower courts. The trial court concluded plaintiff failed to prove that his disability was causally related to his employment. On appeal the decision was affirmed on the ground that an employment accident was not established by plaintiff. 405...
