This is a petition of the National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to Section 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., for enforcement of its order of August 27, 1980. The Board found that the respondent violated Section 8(a)(1) and Section 8(a)(3) and (1) of the Act. The Board's order requires the respondent to cease and desist from the unfair labor practices and requires the respondent to offer ten discharged...
